Fantasy Baseball surprise

So we are past our first week in the season for Major League baseball and there has already been a few suprising starts for some players we didn’t necessarily expect a whole lot from. Clearly the obvious player would be 1B Chris Davis. He already has 6 home runs and 19 RBI. The 6th home run came tonight in the first inning against the Boston Red Sox. Had many of us fantasy owners thinking “Damn, why didn’t I draft him?”. But don’t worry, you’re not alone. This guy usually hits in the low .200’s and strikes out a bunch, so why would he be on your board. He does have monster power, but we didn’t expect this start from this former Texas Ranger. Would I recomend trading for him? sure. But try not to give up too much for him, can never really tell if he’s just having a good month or if he’s for real. Keep your eye out for him though.
